How will I get my shirt?
Our original designs & your custom designs will be shipped directly to you.
What happens if I don't like my shirt?
For Owlbot Ink Originals: See return policy on our store.
For Tot Jots & All Custom Orders: We always send you a mock-up of your shirt for approval before we print, and we inspect every order before delivery. We think you're going to love what you created, but if you still aren't happy with your purchase, we'll issue you a store credit for a future purchase when you return the item. Custom orders cannot be refunded.
How do I take care of my shirt?
Custom T-shirts aren't mass-produced, so you'll want to treat them nicely so they last a long time.
- Wash your shirt inside out on cold or delicate setting.
- Air dry for best results, or use the lowest heat setting on your dryer for the least amount of time.
